Linking to the Safety Management System, using and customizing risk matrices, running reports, creating a company BowTie library and templates

Development of a BowTie – group exercise
- Monitoring barrier performance
Introduction of AuditXP add-on to create questionnaires and import data back into BowTieXP to verify and validate barrier performance
